We would like to invite you all to participate in the “Book Fair” that we are having at the conference. We suggest that you bring or do any of the following:
- bring two copies of your books to serve as display copies;
- bring self-standing posters of your book(s);
- bring order forms;
- mention the price of the book(s) on Amazon;
- just have interested patrons purchase the books directly through the publisher.
With respect to the display copies of your books, we recommend that you bring two copies and mark your books as ‘DISPLAY COPY’ so that they remain on the table and also to have a back up copy in case the display copy walks away. Please note that you are most welcome to bring books to sell at the conference, but you will need to arrange their transportation to the conference and back from the conference (for unsold books), and will also need to make arrangements to pay Hawaii sales tax.
