Registration


Signing up for this conference has three steps:
  1. Registration form - Fill out the form below to register electronically (this is the fastest way to get registered) or fill out the mail-in form. Filling out the registration form and paying the fee does not need to be done at the same time.
  2. Registration fee - $185 can be paid by credit card (click the Buy Now button below) or by mailing a check. This fee includes:
    • A copy of the proceedings sent post paid within six months of the end of the conference.
    • Evening reception on Wednesday for registrants and their guests.
    • Midmorning refreshments every conference day for both registrants and their guests (who will be asked to join the conferees during the half-hour mid-morning break.)
    Luau and banquet fees are separate from registration, and are payable directly to the Makaha resort after you arrive.
  3. Reserve accomodations - The conference organizers have nothing to do with room reservations. That is entirely between the attendees and the Makaha Resort. Attendees should, however, mention the conference, as the conference room rate is lower than the general rate.

    There are a limited number of rooms at the Makaha Resort (less than the potential number of attendees), and they are reserved with the Makaha Resort directly by the attendees first come first served. So reserve right away.

    There will be other rooms available, but they are further away and generally cost more.
